Returns & Exchange

Exchanges

If your item doesn't fit quite right, we offer easy size exchanges on most products.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Please email us at team.backupstudio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Only one-time size exchange is allowed per order.
  • Please note: Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Items purchased with redeeming store credit are not eligible for exchange or returns.

How to exchange:
Email us with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • You'll need to ship the item back to us (we’ll provide the return address over email).
  • Please note, we do not provide any reverse pickup.
  • Once we receive the original item, we’ll send out the new size within 7-10 business days.

Returns

Not quite what you expected? That’s okay!

We accept returns for store credit, so you can find something that’s just right for you.

  • Simply send the item back to us and once received, we’ll issue a store credit note for the product value minus Rs. 200 (Processing, handling and original shipping fee)
  • Please note, items need to be shipped by the customer, as we do not provide a reverse pickup service.
  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from issuing date.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Items purchased with redeeming store credit are not eligible for exchange or returns.

Received the wrong or a damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team.backupstudio@gmail.com with clear photos and your order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Please note: Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/ wrong item claim.  Without unboxing video claims are not accepted for any wrong/ damaged/ incomplete order received.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds, except in cases where the item is damaged and a replacement is unavailable. If that happens, we’ll work with you to find the best possible resolution.
